Open Mic Thursdays at Lucky Bar + Kitchen Whanganui

Open Mic, so far so good! Clever people round here. All welcome, start at 7:30 unless there is a touring band booked in which case it will be earlier (occasionally we’ll skip one if it wont work with a show). 15min slots (about 2 or 3 songs) opportunity to play more depending on the evening. When there is a band/s on after- which is not every Thursday but will happen, anybody who performs Open Mic is invited to stay on as our guest to see the bands play. Lucky Open Mics are free, if there is a show on after and you want to stay on and watch it go see their people on the door and give them some koha, if you are wanting to stay on but aren’t staying because of the show you don’t have to pay a cover charge. We have PA, and some back line, feel free to call us with any questions.
